BRINGING THE ARTICLES OF ASSOCIATION INTO LINE WITH THE NEW COMPANIES AND ASSOCIATIONS CODE

Coming into force on May 1, 2019, the new Code of Companies and Associations (hereinafter #CSA) has brought many changes to the organization of companies, associations and foundations headquartered in Belgium.

For companies, associations and foundations that were incorporated before May 1, 2019, the consequence of this new legislation is that they are required to bring their bylaws into #conformity with this new #CSA. See more
