Maguy BANTHI holds a master’s degree in law from the Université Paris 2 Panthéon-Assas and a diploma in tax law from the Université de Louvain-Mons.
Admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2011, her practice focuses on all aspects of Belgian and international tax law. She has also developed extensive experience in Congolese tax law (Democratic Republic of Congo). She also practices business law in the broadest sense of the term, and in particular business law in French-speaking Africa (OHADA law).
It is a member of the Centre d’aide pour entreprises en difficulté(CEd – Brussels Entreprises Commerce and Industry).
Her mother tongue is French, and she is fluent in English, Dutch and Lingala (DRC). Ms BANTHI joined SIA in October 2017 as an associate.
